1. Introduction
This is the privacy statement for business relations of Easys Horeca BV, trading under the name TrendMusic Music & Systems (hereinafter TrendMusic). This statement provides information regarding the personal data that TrendMusic processes from its business relations, prospects, and former business relations.

TrendMusic is a B2B company and does not do business with private individuals.
To purchase products and services from TrendMusic, you must possess a valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number.

TrendMusic handles the personal data of its business relations with care and ensures that every processing of personal data complies with applicable laws and regulations.

The first part of this statement describes in general terms how TrendMusic handles privacy. The second part discusses the various purposes for which data is collected.

2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY STATEMENT

2.1 Scope
This statement applies to all personal data of business relations processed by TrendMusic. When this statement refers to business relations, this also includes leads, prospects, and former business relations.

The TrendMusic website contains a number of links to websites of other organizations.

TrendMusic is not responsible for the processing of personal data via these websites.

If customers choose to share information about TrendMusic via social media channels, their personal data will also become visible to all visitors of these personal social media pages (such as Facebook). The terms and conditions (including the privacy policy) of the respective social media sites apply to the use of such social media pages.

2.2 Purpose
This statement aims to:

• To protect the personal privacy of the relations whose personal data TrendMusic processes against misuse of that data and against the processing of incorrect data;
• To prevent personal data from being processed for a purpose other than that for which they were collected;

3. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 Collection
TrendMusic collects and processes personal data only when there is a purpose for doing so. The purpose or purposes are described before the collection of personal data commences.

TrendMusic's products and services are divided into a number of categories. For each category, it is indicated which personal data TrendMusic processes, for what purposes this is done, and how long this data is retained.

3.2 Processing personal data
Processing personal data is any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data. These operations include, but are not limited to, collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction of data.

TrendMusic is responsible for processing the personal data of its clients. In providing its services, it only uses its own employees who have signed a confidentiality agreement.

3.3 Special Personal Data
Special personal data is any personal data that provides information about an individual's: religion or belief, race, political affiliation, health, sex life, criminal record, and personal data about unlawful or disruptive conduct for which a ban has been imposed. TrendMusic does not process special personal data of its clients.

4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
TrendMusic takes the protection of personal data seriously and handles the personal data obtained with the utmost care. TrendMusic has implemented various technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful use. TrendMusic secures its systems and applications in accordance with applicable information security standards. These measures are also intended to prevent unnecessary collection and further processing of personal data.

5. REQUESTS FOR INSPECTION, CORRECTION, AND DELETION
A customer may at any time request access to the personal data that TrendMusic collects about them and request that it be corrected.

Requests for the deletion of personal data can only be made for prospects or former customers. For existing customers, this information is necessary to purchase the products and services, and therefore personal data cannot be deleted.

The deletion of data of contacts who no longer work for the customer can be requested.

Access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data can be requested by sending an email to [email protected].

If the customer no longer wishes to receive emails or other marketing communications with information about products and services (including, for example, invitations to events, newsletters, and magazines), this can be indicated by opting out of these communication channels.

If the customer's request for access, correction, or deletion is not carried out satisfactorily, the customer can contact the TrendMusic manager.

If the complaint is not handled to the customer's satisfaction by the manager, the customer can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

6. WHAT IS THE DATA USED FOR?

• Prospecting: Contacting companies to purchase products and services: this involves using data such as name and address, email addresses, and phone numbers. This also includes all internal work required to sell products and services to you.
• Customers: Processing the data as stated in the contract. Occasionally, an additional check may be performed using Chamber of Commerce (KvK) data. This data is used to register and provide our services. This also includes all internal work necessary to sell products and services to you.
• WEBSITE: Your data, including your IP address, is tracked on the TrendMusic website. TrendMusic uses this data to continuously optimize its website and analyze traffic to and from the TrendMusic website.
  
  

7. RETENTION PERIOD
TrendMusic applies the tax retention period to all data.
